Andres has had experience working in the corporate financial advisory field since 2001, and has been employed as an officially certified financial expert since 2008.
Andres has Master’s degrees in Economics (2000) and Law (2016) from the University of Tartu. Andres defended his Master’s thesis titled: “Protection of the Interests of the Debtor and Debitors in the Course of the Submission and Preparation of the Reorganisation Plan”at Tartu University.
Andres has worked in banking supervision at the Bank of Estonia and was a lecturer at the University of Tartu for over twelve years, teaching in the areas of corporate finance, M&A, financial risk management, derivatives and risk capital. He has been a partner in our firm since 2012.
Andres’ areas of expertise are corporate reorganisation consulting, financial assessments in judicial proceedings and valuations of enterprises/holdings. Andres is one of Estonia’s most experienced specialists in the reorganisation of enterprises.
Marko Karu

Marko graduated from the School of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Tartu in 1994, specialising in finance and credit. Marko has gained experience though working in enterprise consulting since 1996. Marko’s areas of expertise are accounting, financial accounting and taxation. Marko also provides accounting services to companies.
